It takes so many things working together to run a successful business - vision, motivation, humility, and courage. But so many times all those human characteristics of your brand can get lost in sales and marketing jargon. With video, we aim to bring out your story in a fresh way that adds the power of human connection to your business, a love for what you do, and the people you do it for.

Our challenge was to help Saray’s customers overcome bad photography experiences (with other businesses), and see what makes her approach stand apart. She wanted to show people what the experience with her is like, and have a beautiful video that demonstrates her expertise and passion for her craft.
To do this, we created a series of videos to capture the customer experience - an overview, a customer testimonial, and a series of clips for social media.

Sherwood filmed a photo shoot happening with real clients, from hair and makeup, to photo shoot, to the reveal of their beautiful photos. We interviewed them so they could share their journey of creating this family portrait as a special gift for the mother.

The result was an emotional, immersive glimpse into the portrait experience, and bite-sized moments tailor-made for social media engagement. Saray's marketing and website now possessed a powerful tool—a video that captured not just her craft, but the heart and soul she pours into each portrait.
